π€: How do pre-orders work? β
A: You buy during the pre-order period, we order stock to fulfill your order, it arrives to us, we ship it out to you. Due to the nature of this zine, as well as the non-commercial nature of it, refunds will, under no circumstance, be accepted. If an international invoice is not paid by the week after NOV 28th, your invoice will be cancelled. π€: What is your return/exchange policy? β
A: We are not allowing returns/exhanges for products that are not damaged. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of it + the packaging and reach out via email, and we will work with you to get you a replacement if possible! π€: Where will orders ship to? β
A: USA and International buyers! Due to the nature of international shipment, as well as the nature of customs, it is difficult for us to calculate exact prices for international shipment on Big Cartel, so please make your purchase on the form, and we will send you a shipping estimate included within the invoice. π€: Where do orders ship from? β
